Recently, we have received many similar errors from you, but unfortunately, without details on how and under what conditions they occur. This makes us spend a lot of time searching for and solving problems.

Therefore, we decided to create a section called "Bug and Vulnerability Search," where you can describe the issues in more detail. This will help us reproduce and fix them quickly. This way, you will get faster updates and solutions, and we will save time on finding and reproducing errors not only in Telegram Expert, but also in Sphere, and on the Forum.

To report a vulnerability or existing bug in Telegram Expert, please create a new topic and provide the necessary information about the error:

1. The process in which the error occurs (e.g., spam, invite, etc.)
2. Messages in the software logs in the browser
3. Records from the black console
4. A detailed description of the situation where the error occurred
5. Step-by-step path to reproduce the error (you can attach a video or a text description)

If the issue concerns Sphere or the Forum, you can write in free form.​
