Dozens of accounts, many dialogues — all of this is hard to control when you need to personally respond to some messages. The «Forwarder» makes life easier for those who work simultaneously with multiple client or promotional accounts. The idea is simple — a chat is created where personal messages are automatically forwarded, and you respond to them directly from there. The reply will be sent from the account that originally received the message.
Here’s how it works: you create a supergroup, add the accounts needed for forwarding and replying. From that point on, Telegram Expert organizes the forwarding and responses automatically.
A regular group is created first, then an avatar is added, it’s made public, and a username is set to switch it into supergroup mode. The accounts that will forward messages and the people who will respond join this group. It’s not recommended to use the chat owner’s account for these tasks. The simplest way is to add one account that will reply (you log into this one via Telegram), and operator accounts to which the messages will be sent (they will forward them to the group later). This addition is done via the «Mass Subscriptions» feature.
Module options:
1. Target — in the Telegram Expert interface, you specify the link to the created chat where incoming messages will be sent. You can add multiple links, each on a new line.
2. Account selection — in the Telegram Expert panel, you can mark which accounts will handle the forwarding. The same account can be linked to different chats to distribute the load or give access to different operators.
3. Imitation of the "is typing" status for the user — by enabling this option, you can set a short delay so that the conversation partner sees that the account is «typing a response.» This builds trust. A range is specified, and the software picks a random time from it each time.
4. Delay before sending sms to the group — if an account receives many messages, you can set a pause between sending them to the chat to avoid spamming and make the process smoother. This is also set as a range, similar to the typing status.
5. Delay before sending sms to user — when replying from the chat, a time interval is set before the message is sent back to the user in private. The interval is set as a range, and Telegram Expert picks a random value from it.
6. Forward old/unread messages — if there was a connection drop or failure (e.g., due to bad proxies), the module can resend all missed incoming messages, not just the ones received at the moment. When this option is enabled, it’s important to properly configure all delays so that unread messages do not flood the chat.
7. Maximum timeout (FloodWait) — when Telegram imposes temporary limits (rate restrictions), the software considers the time specified here. If it is within the restriction period, the account will wait and then continue. If the limit is longer, the account is removed from the task.
Additionally:
- Auto-tracking of dialogues is supported, so replies for each user appear clearly in the chat without confusion.
- It’s important to use good proxies. Paid, static, or server proxies (starting from 20 rubles per month) work best.
- If something goes wrong, first check the proxies — that’s the most common issue.
- All types of messages are forwarded correctly: from text and photos to voice messages and stickers.
- When sending a message, the mechanics are simple — select a specific forwarded message from the account and reply to it via Telegram. After that, the response is marked with a reaction as soon as it is sent to the dialogue.
This approach allows you to manage a large number of dialogues without headache — everything in one place, all under control.
